The Spring Garden Dynamic Scoliosis Brace

The research and development division of Spring Garden Clinic has developed a ‘Dynamic Scoliosis Brace’, used in the correction and effective management of spinal deformities such as single and double scoliotic curves (abnormal curves of the spine).

Scoliosis is often undetected or detected too late because people are not aware of the signs, symptoms and complications of spinal deformities in general. Scoliosis can be treated by conservative and surgical methods. As a general rule, smaller curves are treated conservatively and larger curves that are resistant to conservative treatment are treated by surgery.

The conservative approach uses exercises, braces or splints and other rehabilitation measures. Surgical methods involve elaborate procedures to correct the scoliotic curve using metal implants for stabilization which have to be removed later. An external brace may also have to be worn for six months after surgery.

Taking into account the urgent necessity for finding a non-surgical and economical solution, the Clinic has developed the patented Spring Garden Dynamic Scoliosis Brace.
